马铃薯渣与二次纤维配抄纸和纸板的研究

摘    要:马铃薯渣是马铃薯淀粉生产过程中的一种废弃物,但其中含有大量的纤维素、半纤维素及淀粉等,具有很高的开发利用价值。本文探讨了利用马铃薯渣与废纸浆配抄纸和纸板。实验表明:将马铃薯渣加入废纸浆中抄纸,纸页的物理强度会有不同程度的降低;但用马铃薯渣与废纸浆配抄纸板,薯渣的加入能够明显提高纸板的紧度和环压强度。

Abstract:Potato pulp, a byproduct of potato starch production, which contains lots of useful cellulose, hemicelluloses and starch, has very high exploitating values.The feasibility of papermaking paper and paperboard with potato pulp and secondary fibers was studied in this paper.The results show that the strength of paper will be reduced, but the density and the ring crush of the paperboard will be obviously improved when compositing potato pulp with waste pulp to make paper
