摘    要:在炼铁领域正研究的创新型节能技术主要包括日本的新一代高炉和预还原烧结矿.对余热余能回收研究的热点主要集中在烧结余热和高炉渣显热的回收利用上.关于CO2减排,除了降低燃料比和焦比外,目前研究的热点集中在炉顶煤气循环利用、寻找碳的可替代物作还原剂和回收高炉产生的CO2并加以有效利用.也介绍了炼铁领域SO2、NOx及二恶英减排技术的发展.

Abstract:This paper introduces the innovative energy saving technologies under research in the iron-making field, such as Japan's new generation blast furnace and pre-reduced agglomerate. Research of waste heat and energy recovery is focused on recycling sintering waste heat and blast furnace slag sensi-ble heat. As for CO2 emission reduction technology, the current research focuses on top gas recycling, alternatives to carbon reducing agent, and CO2 separation and utilization, in addition to decreasing fuel ratio and coke rate. Development of SO2, NOx, and dioxins emission reduction technologies are also e-laborated.
