摘    要:文章阐述了国内外利用LNG的形势和LNG作为燃料的优势,通过分析LNG冷能利用原理并进行冷能火用分析,得出回收LNG冷能不仅有效回收、利用了能源,而且减少了机械制冷造成的大量电能消耗,具有可观的经济效益和社会效益。对目前国内外LNG冷能利用方式进行总结分类,可分为直接利用和间接利用两大类。直接利用包括:发电、低温空分、冷冻仓库、液化二氧化碳、海水淡化、空调和低温养殖、栽培等;间接利用包括: 用空分后得到的液氮、液氧、液氩,来进行低温破碎、冷冻干燥、低温干燥、水和污染物处理及冷冻食品等。对典型LNG冷能利用方式给出了典型流程图和已获得成功应用的范例,并进行经济效益评价和比较。最后提出了利用LNG冷能的注意事项。

Abstract:The article introduces the situation of LNG utilization at home and abroad, and describes the advantages of LNG as fuel. With analysis of the use principle and the enthalpy of cryogenic energy, it is pointed out recovering cryogenic energy not only efficiently utilizes energy, but also reduces power consumption, which creates great economic and social benefits. The using styles of cryogenic energy are divided into two kinds: i.e. direct and indirect use. The direct use includes power generating, air separation with low temperature, warehouse refrigerating, CO 2 liquefying, seawater desalinizing, air conditioning, breeding and cultivating with low temperature. The indirect use includes low-temperature crushing, frozen drying, low-temperature drying, water and pollutant processing, and frozen food with the liquefied nitrogen, oxygen, and argon made from air separation. The typical flow chat and the successful examples to use LNG cryogenic energy are provided. And the evaluation and comparison of economic benefits are conducted. At last, the points for attention to use LNG cryogenic energy are proposed.
