笔记本电脑充放电测试系统设计和实现

摘    要:为解决笔记本电脑充放电测试的问题,通过硬件和软件系统的设计,实现了笔记本电脑充放电测试系统。主控机通过网络读取测试机的AC状态和电池电量与控制限值比较,进而控制电源箱的输出状态达到充放电测试的目的。系统在硬件设计上利用了计算机的打印口作为电源箱的控制端口,使得整个系统硬件实现简单,通用性和移植性高。软件系统实现了测试的控制、数据记录和显示,界面友好,功能完善,在测试结束时自动生成测试数据报告。

Abstract:Through the hardware and software design, a fire-new charge and discharge test system for notebook PC test was developed. The host computer acquires the capacity data of battery and AC status from UUT through the network, and then compared it with the control limits thus to control the output status of the power box. Take advantage of the use of LPT port to control the power box in hardware design, it make the test system very simple in realization, and have good validity and transplantablity. The software system controls the test, record and display data in a simply way, and have friendly graphical interfaces and powerful function, when the test is terminated, it will create test report automatically.
