基于SolidWorks与ANSYS的螺旋伞齿轮虚拟设计

摘    要:阐述了机械产品的虚拟设计,介绍了一种齿形复杂的螺旋伞齿轮建模方法,结合Mi-crosoft Excel绘制渐开线曲线,选用SolidWorks作为虚拟设计平台,同时完成了螺旋伞齿轮的其他特征的生成,并通过接口导入ANSYS中,进行应力分析,使得虚拟设计的螺旋伞齿轮在成品前就能得知其外观和力学性能。

Abstract:The virtual design of mechanical products is expounded,introduces a modeling Method of a spiral bevel gear of complex tooth,draws involute curve With Microsoft Excel,selects SolidWorks as the virtual design platform.At the same time,generation of the other features of spiral bevel gear is completed,and through the interface,spiral bevel gear is importedinto ANSYS for stress analysis,appearance and mechanical properties of spiral bevel gear of the virtual design can be learned before the finished product.
