摘    要:柴油机是船舶的核心设备,提高柴油机的加工制造水平是提升柴油机性能和增强我国船舶竞争力的重要筹码。针对船用柴油机制造企业重设备、轻工艺、低效率、高消耗的现况,通过对金属切削加工理论的研究,建立了船用柴油机关键件铣削加工过程中的单目标及多目标参数优化的数学模型,运用惩罚函数法在机床性能约束限制的可行域内进行求解,并运用有限元切削仿真软件Deform对优化结果进行切削仿真,与经验切削参数的仿真结果进行了对比。
