汽车车身概念设计接头模型的研究

摘    要:建立了刚性连接接头模型、超单元缩减模型和梁—弹簧接头简化模型三种接头模型,并计算了九种工况下的各种模型的角位移结果。通过三种接头模型与详细有限元接头模型的对比分析,表明梁—弹簧接头简化模型最接近详细接头的力学特性,超单元缩减接头模型最差。

Abstract:It three kinds of Joint model:rigid-connection joint model,superelement model and beam-spring simplied model are built up and then the angular displacements under nine conditions of the three models are calculated to evaluate the joint.By comparing the three kinds of joints with the detailed FE joint model,it is concluded that the beam-spring simplified model is in accordance with that of detailed FE joint model,but superelement model is the poorest.
