摘    要:大功率高亮度发光二极管(LED)以其节能、环保、寿命长等出色性能逐渐渗透到现代照明中,业界专家预测在21世纪上半叶,以LED为代表的新型光源将会逐步发展成为电光源的主流产品。然而,LED照明仍面临着几大难题:发光效率、显色指数、结构散热等。高温对LED发光质量和使用寿命影响巨大,从设计上说,防止过热是最具挑战性的任务之一。因此,使用计算机辅助分析结合实验的方法来模拟LED组件的工作性能变得越来越重要。
