X型号滑翔增程弹EP/CF复合材料弹翼的研制工艺探讨

摘    要:介绍了X型号滑翔增程弹EP/CF复合材料弹翼的研制过程,根据设计指标,分别采用纤维缠绕/模压和手糊/模压两种成型工艺进行了试验.结果表明,在满足弹翼性能指标要求的前提下,手糊/模压成型工艺生产的EP/CF复合材料弹翼周期短、工序少、过程简单、原材料浪费少、质量容易控制,更适合该弹翼的制造.

Abstract:The process of studing X type gliding range-assisted missile EP/CF composite wings was introduced. According to the performance of the design, we produced two types sample by filament winding add die pressing molding technics and hand lay-up molding add die pressing technics.
