舞阳钢铁公司板坯连铸机结晶器的流场和温度场研究

摘    要:舞阳钢铁公司开发特宽特厚板,与包头钢铁学院合作研究不同工艺条件下结晶器内的流场温度场,这些工艺因素包括坯尺寸,拉坯速度,水口插入深度,水口倾角,水口面积,过热度等,得出了一些对漏钢及结果状态有意义的结论。

Abstract:In order to develop super-board and thick slabs, Wuyang steel complex has cooperated with Baotou University of Iron 8. Steel Technology to study on the flow and tempera ture fields in the slab continuous casting moulds under different practical conditions, such asslab dimensions. with drawing slab speed, the design of nozzles, the overheat temperature and so on. Some useful results have have obtained.
