摘    要:输送管道在粮食加工、粮食储藏及其他行业中应用非常广泛,但弯管的磨损给生产带来很多不利影响.基于物料颗粒对输送管道的磨损机理,分析了影响弯管磨损的主要因素,并从弯管选材和结构设计方面给出了减少弯管磨损的措施.

Abstract:Transmission pipeline is widely used in grain processing,storage and other industry,but the wear and tear of the elbow bring a lot of adverse effects to the duction.According to the wear mechanism of material particles on the pipeline,the main factors affecting the wear of elbow were analyzed.Several measures for reducing the wear of elbow were put forward on elbow materials selecting and structure design.
