摘    要:利用20CrMnTi齿轮锻后余热进行正火,控制冷却的工艺,虽然得到的是粗大的平衡组织,但其切削加工性能良好。余热正火和常规的正火处理后,再经同样的工艺进行渗碳、淬火和回火处理,试验证明:其渗层和心部的组织、晶粒度及机械性能均相同。

Abstract:What is obtained with the forging waste heat normalizing and controlled cooling technique is the coarse stable structure in a 20CrMnTi gear, but its cutability is good. After the waste heat normalizing and common normalizing, the gear is carburized, quenched and tempered with the same technique. The test shows that: its penetrating layer and central structure, grain size and mechanical property are the same with that of the common normalizing.
