粉末固体碳硼共渗的试验研究

摘    要:对粉末固体碳硼共渗的渗剂成份、共渗效果进行了试验研究,并探讨了共渗层组成及相结构。通过与渗碳、渗硼的对比实验发现.碳硼共渗既有较高的表面硬度,又有合理的硬度梯度而且耐磨性远远高于普通渗碳件。

Abstract:Some experiments on the components of cementation agents and the effects of co-cementation are made, the complexity and the phase structure of co-cementation coat are studied. Through the contrast tests it is found that carboronizing process can achieve higher surface hardness and more rational hardness gradient, and that the abradability of the carboromzed parts is much higher than that of the carburoted parts.
