电涡流测距传感器信号的微机处理

摘    要:通过理论分析和实验研究,找出了电涡流测距传感器的输出信号与被测距离、金属材料的性质及环境温度之间的关系,提出用单片机进行修正的方法,克服了现有电涡流测距传感器不能直读距离、通用性差、测量不准确的缺点。

Abstract:With the help of theoretical analysis and experimental investigation, the relations between the distance measured and the output signals from eddy-current ranging transducer, and those between the characteristics of the metal material and the ambient temperature are determined, thus a method of using single-chip computer to carry on amendment is presented, which over comes the drawbacks such as ill-universality, indirectly reading and imprecise measurement that the current eddy-current ranging transducers possess.
