全数字反馈高性能直线伺服电机的机电系统设计

摘    要:提出一种全数字反馈的新型高性能直线伺服电机的机电系统设计方法 ,包括硬件及控制系统。系统采用光栅位移测量方法和 DSP高速信号处理器实现信号的采集和处理 ,应用了基于非线性状态观测器的控制算法 ,系统的机电动态特性、控制误差和跟踪特性均得到很大的提高。

Abstract:This paper presents a kind of new design way of electromechanical system of high performance linear servo motor that is of digital feedback,including the hardware and control system design. This system adopts grating to measure the position and uses the DSP to process the signal, and applies the control algorithm based on a non-linear state observer,then the electromechanical dynamic performance of system has been improved greatly. The control error has been reduced greatly and the track performance has been improved greatly.
