摘    要:以VR6072型真空热处理炉为例,建立了一个二维真空热处理炉非线性有限元模型,该模型考虑了辐射传热和材料热物性随温度变化等非线性因素的影响.利用有限元软件MSC.Marc对GH4169合金件真空时效过程中的瞬态温度场变化进行了模拟计算,预测了工件真空热处理过程加热滞后时间,对整个温度场变化过程进行了试验测量,模拟结果和试验结果吻合较好,为真空热处理虚拟生产和工艺参数优化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:A two-dimension non-linear finite element model of vacuum heat treatment furnace was developed on VR6072 vacuum furnace. Effects of non-linear factors, such as thermal radiation and temperature-dependent thermal properties of materials etc. were considered in the model. With finite element software MSC. Mare, the transient temperature state during vacuum aging process of GH4169 parts was simulated, the thermal hysteretie time of vacuum heat treatment process was predicted. An experiment for measuring the temperature field well with the experimental results. Consequently, a theoretical parameters of vacuum heat treatment process was laid up. change was carried out.
