| 摘 要： | 基于目前国内车牌半成品大多采用手工生产或单工位自动化生产的现状．本文所要研究的车牌半成品生产线结合了网络控制与现场总线控制技术，构成的基于PROFIBUS的网络控制系统可以实现集中管理，分散控制。生产过程只需要很少的操作人员，大大降低了劳动力的成本，从根本上提高了生产效率与生产质量，在企业生产中成功应用验证了此控制系统具有很高的实用和推广价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the production status of semi-finished of vehicle license plate are used alone or manual production automation in the current domestic, the paper has to work on the production line of semi-finished plates of the network control and fieldbus control technology, based on a PROFIBUS network control system can be centrally managed,decentralized control, The production processes requires only a few operators and greatly reduce the labor costs, and fundamentally improve production efficiency and product quality, production enterprises in the successful application of this control system proved highly practical and promotional value. |
