| 摘 要： | 本文利用脉冲激光对一种薄膜热电偶进行了动态校准实验，采用系统辨识方法，从时域角度建立了薄膜热电偶传感器的动态数学模型，利用所建模型分析传感器的动态特性，给出了传感器的动态性能指标，并为改善其动态特性提供了依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a pulse laser device is used in the dynamic calibrating experiment of a thin--film thermo- couple. In time domain, a system identification method is used in the modeling of the thin-film thermocouple sen- sor. The dynamic performance is analysised through the model, and the performance index is given. |
