摘    要:本文提出了脉冲雾化—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定人发中Ca、Mg 、Zn、Cd,Cu、Mn、Fe等微量元素的分析方法.方法在基本保持常规雾化法灵敏度及精密度的前提下,大大减少了试液的用量,且操作简便快速.经实际样品分析检验,结果满意.

Abstract:: A method of flame atomic - absorption spectrography (AAS ) with pulse nebulization is proposed for the determination of micro Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu, Mn, Cd and Fe in human hair. The sensitivity and preci- sion of the method are kept as high as those with the conventional nebulization, while the consumption of reagenrt solutions are greatly decreased;and the procedure is simple and repid. The results measured for sev- eral ture samples are satisfactory.
