基于STM32F103的直流无刷电机电流控制

摘    要:针对直流无刷电机驱动板功率管开关和分立元件温漂对电流采样精度的影响,采用PWM半波中断匹配电流采集,以STM32F103芯片为处理器,通过内部AD转换功能,实现电机电流AD转换与PI控制,并给出电流AD转换程序设计。最后采用无线模块实时记录电机各项运行数据,验证了该方法可实现直流无刷电机电流精确控制。

Abstract:A PWM-midpoint sampling method is adopted for brushless DC motor(BLDCM) current control in this paper. AD conversion and BLDCM current PI control are based on STM32F103. The program of current AD conversion is discussed. Finally, the real-time data of the experiments is recorded by wireless module during the motor current control operation. The method of the precise current control for BLDCM is feasible.
