重铬酸钾法测定废水样品化学需氧量

摘    要:对重铬酸钾法测定废水样化学需氧量(CODC r)存在的问题进行分析,采取正交实验优选出MnSO4为0.2g,硫磷混酸体积比为1∶5,回流时间为1 h的最佳试验方法,用MnSO4代替Ag2SO4作为催化剂,可减少试验时间,经检验效果良好。

Abstract:To analyze the problems existing in determination of chemical oxygen demand of waste water sample with K_2Cl_2O_7 method(COD_(Cr)).Adopting orthogonal experiment to optimize,the optimum test method is that the quantum of MnSO_4 is 0.2g,the volume proportion of mix acid of H_2SO_4 and H_3PO_4 is one fifth,the circumfluence time is 1hour.Substituting MnSO_4 for Ag_2SO_4 as catalyzer can shorten test time,which is good effect by inspection.
