| 摘 要： | 结合国内目前高校学生宿舍发展概况，从高校学生学习、生活特点及规律入手，通过对传统高校公寓建筑设计存在问题的分析，提出了现代高校公寓建设相关规划及设计理念，并对其做了具体阐述，以期提高现代高校学生公寓设计水平。

| Abstract: | Combining with the current development general situation of college students' dormitory in China, starting from learning, living characteristic and law, by analyzing the problems existed in traditional college students' dormitory building design, relative planning and design idea of current college students' dormitory building were provided, and which was explained concretely, so as to improve the design level of modern college students' dormitory. |
