差压空燃比控制阀在空气预热燃烧系统中的应用

摘    要:文章理论分析了过剩空气系数和空气预热温度对空气预热燃烧系统燃烧效率的影响,论述了典型比例调节型燃烧系统在应用预热空气时存在的问题,介绍了差压空燃比控制阀的原理,并得出相对于传统的控制方式,压差比例控制系统在空气预热燃烧系统上的优越性。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the influence of the excess air coefficient and air preheating temperature on me combustion efficiency of air preheating combustion system, discussing the existing problem of the typical ratio regulating combustion system when preheating air, and introduces the principle of the differential pressure air/ fuel ratio control valve as well. It comes out that it has the great superiority in the air preheating combustion system compared with the traditional method.
