| 摘 要： | 首先简要介绍了城市边缘区的基本理论 ;然后以武汉市汉阳区为例 ,从城市基础设施、土地利用、城市开发建设、用地结构、生态环境等方面分析了我国大城市边缘区发展过程中存在的问题 ;最后从规划编制和审批制度的改革 ,建立监察、责任追究和完善用地制度 ,加强边缘区生态建设和保护等方面提出了大城市边缘区可持续发展的对策

| Abstract: | Based on the brief introduction of basic principles of urban fringes, and taking Hanyang District of Wuhan for example, the problems existing in urban development process are analyzed from the aspects of infrastructure construction, land using, city development, land structure and environment. Finally, some ideas on sustainable development of urban fringes in reform of planning program and checking system, supervising system, correcting system, land using system, enhancing and protecting environment, are put forward. |
