| Abstract: | The real situation of urban renewal in China has been summarized. Based on the experiences of public participation in urban renewal in China, dynamic mechanism of public participation in urban renewal is studied. Intrinsic motivation and external force of public participation in urban renewal are identified. Finally, it is concluded that it is necessary for public participation to be a key component of urban renewal in China. |
