| 摘 要： | 钢卷升降运输小车广泛用于轧钢工业生产线，在使用过程中其液压系统经常出现故障，由于系统中各液压元件极易受到油液的影响，当污染严重时，油中的杂质会造成阀件损坯，阀芯卡滞、卡死，阻尼孔、节流口堵塞，从而使系统发生故障，文章对几种典型故障的原因进行了分析，并提出相应的处理方法。

| Abstract: | Coil car has been widely used in rolling production line. But fault of hydraulic pressure occurs frequently because of the influence of oil on every hydraulic component.The system fault can't be avoided for the heavy pollution of the impurity in oil,which will lead to damage of valve,block of spool and choke of damping hole and throttling scoop.Reasons of some typical faults are analyzed and the relative solutions are present. |
