| 摘 要： | 节能项目评价在节能工作中应用广泛,但各单位大多根据各自理解对节能项目进行评价,评价的指标和方法不统一、不全面、不规范,影响了节能工作的发展。本文分析了我国节能项目技术经济评价中存在的主要问题,并根据节能项目特点,提出了新的评价指标体系和应用方法。

| Abstract: | Evaluation of energy saving projects is widely implemented in China＇s energy conservation works, but most of the units carry out their evaluations according to their own understandings. They apply nonuniform and un-comprehensive evaluation indicators and methods, which affects the development of energy saving works. The article analyzes the main problems existing in energy saving projects evaluation, and proposes innovative index system and methods. |
