摘    要:阐述了4000 t钢管水压试验机的径向密封工作原理及试压过程的电气控制过程。针对试压过程中出现的增压不稳、保压失败等主要问题,从电气控制角度进行了分析,并提出了在增压过程中适当减少高、低速增压的切换次数以及保压过程中适当增大打压参数的解决方案,对径向密封胶圈内水压的控制过程进行了整体优化,使其与钢管内高压水的动态同步性能得到提高,增强了密封胶圈内高压水在保压过程中的稳定性,保证了4000 t钢管水压力径向密封的可靠性。

Abstract:In this article, it expatiated radial sealing working principle of 4000 t steel pipe hydrostatic tester and electrical control process. According to unstable pressurization,failure pressure holding and other problems in hydraulic pressure test, it put forward solution, including properly reducing switching times of high and low speed pressurization, and increasing pressure parameters during pressure holding course. It also conducted general optimization of radial sealing for water pressure control course, made the synchronization between the water pressure in the sealing ring and the water pressure in steel pipe increase, enhanced stability of high pressure water in sealing ring, and ensured reliability of 4000 t steel pipe water pressure radial sealing.
