摘    要:风冷电堆简化了常规电池电堆的冷却和供气系统,使其便携性能得到了极大的提高.通过组装19片风冷燃料电池堆,研究了不同的风量、运行温度以及阳极尾气排放方式等对电池性能影响.结果表明:风冷电堆运行风量过大或温度过高会导致膜失水而降低电池的性能,同时阳极尾气采用脉冲排放时能提高电池性能并降低燃料的消耗量.

Abstract:Air-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) simplify the traditional cooling and air supply system which improve the portable of it. An air-cooled stack with 19 cells was assembled to investigate the effects of air flow, stack temperature and dead-end mode of anode outlet on the stack performance. It revealed that the excess air-flow and high stack temperature would lead poor stack performance, and an impulsive emission of cathode gas could increase the stack power density and reduce the fuel consume.
