摘    要:在大颗粒钴酸锂研发中试过程中发现,物料高温过程存在分层现象,表现在上、中、下层物料在微观形貌、粒度以及晶体结构方面不一致.SEM、XRD图谱和碳酸锂含量测试等研究显示:上层颗粒球形度高,但是出现Li、Co混排现象;中层是正常的颗粒;下层颗粒很小,残余碳酸锂含量几乎为零,并且出现少量的Co3O4.认为造成这种现象的原因是...

Abstract:The divergence of morphology and structure of LiCoO2 in different layer was found at high temperature. SEM, XRD and some other tests results showed that, in the upper layer the particles had a high degree of sphericity, but a Li and Co mixed arrangement, in middle layer the particles were normal and in lower layer the particles were very small with little Li2C03 remained and a little C0304 was present. The reason for the divergence was that the liquid Li2CO3 tended to stay in upper layer. A method that filling different layer with powder of different molar ratio of Li and Co was found to decrease the divergence as the powder was sintered at high temperature.
