| 摘 要： | 通过噪声测量和频谱分析，对CB3640－2立式双轴半自动车床主传动系统的噪声进行了实验研究。根据频谱分析结果，找到了对系统噪声影响最大的传动零件，用齿轮设计的最新技术对其进行了改进设计，达到了整机噪声降低3dB(A)的目标。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the noise of vertical lathe with double spindles was researched by noise measurement and noise spectrum analysis. According to the result, two gears are found and re-designed, which have main contribution for system noise, the noise of this vertical lathe has been reduced for 3 dB.(A) |
