脉冲雷达液位计的应用及误差分析

摘    要:针对乙烯、丙烯、LPG储罐原有液位测量方法及物料收付计量中存在的问题,简要介绍了采用计量级雷达液位计的测量原理。有针对性地对液位测量中的被测介质的固有特性、操作压力、电磁波运行空间混合气体所产生的数学关系和测量误差进行了理论探讨,并就该类储罐的设计选用、系统配置、安装注意事项及应用提出了自己的设计思路,以供工程设计中借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The measurement principle of the metering radar level transmitter is described briefly to shoot the level measurement methods of the ethylene,propylene and LPG tank and the problems occurred in process media metering.Discussions made on the math relations and measurement error made by the change of the measured media characteristic,operating pressure and electromagnetic wave running space.The introductions of the design method for selection,configuration,installation and application of such tanks will provide experiences and references to the engineering design.
