粉煤灰基吸附剂的研制及其吸附性能研究

摘    要:以电厂的废弃物粉煤灰为原料,研究了373~400K温度范围内,粉煤灰在乙胺和水的蒸汽相中自转变合成了纯度、结晶度均较高的粉煤灰吸附剂的过程。并对其吸附性能做了初步研究。用氮吸附静态容量法,测得该粉煤灰基吸附剂的氮吸附等温线、比表面和孔分布曲线。通过粉煤灰基吸附剂对苯酚的吸附实验,给出粉煤灰基吸附剂对它的吸附等温线。并指出合理的吸附温度、大的比表面和适当的膜化工艺对提高粉煤灰基吸附剂的吸附量都是有效的。

Abstract:The fly ash-based adsorbent with high crystallization and purity were synthesized by automation transformation of fly ash in vapor phase of ethylamine and water under the temperature range of 3730K to 4000K. The adsorption properties of the fly ash-based adsorbent were studied by using N_2 adsorption static volumetric capacity method to gain adsorption N_2 adsorption isotherm, specific surface and pore distribution. The adsorption isotherm of phenol was gained. Rational adsorption temperature, large specific surface and suitable membrane process were effective method for enhancing its adsorption capacity.
