摘    要:分析了区分电线路瞬时性与永久性故障的电压判据,补偿电压判据及组合补偿判据成立 的条件,指出其存在的缺陷,提出了修正电压判据。该判据区分瞬时性和永久性故障正确率高,且有简单,易行的特点,不仅适用于短线,而且适用于重负荷长线和带并联电抗器的线路。已有的试验数据表明,该判据是有效的。

Abstract:The conditions of the voltage criterion, voltage compensation criterion and combined voltage compensation criterion for identifying "transient" and "permanent" faults are analyzed. It is pointed out that sometimes the fault can't be identified by the three criteria or the identification result is wrong. Based on the analysis, the modified voltage criterion is proposed. It can idenify the "transient" and "permanent' faults more correctly and is simple and easy. It can be used not only in the short transmission lines but also in the long transmission lines with heavy load or transmission lines with shunt reactors. The existing experimental data show that the modified voltage criterion is effective.
