摘    要:面对我国日益繁重艰巨的油气勘探开发生产任务和与日俱增的水平井改造及后期作业问题,连续管技术和装备所具有的独特优势得到了进一步认识,对连续管技术与装备的需求迅速扩张。依托国家863计划的重点课题,攻克了整机动力系统设计与优化、整机电-液系统集中控制、注入头与滚筒协同动作、注入头夹持机构与夹持块表面特殊处理工艺、注入头起下时的载荷自适应控制等关键技术,成功研制了拥有自主知识产权的国内首台连续管作业机。现场试验表明,整机各项指标达到设计要求,运行安全平稳,防喷系统在高套压工况下的动密封性能符合现场要求,可以实施带压作业,整机越野性能和移运能力经受了泥泞道路和井场恶劣条件的严峻考验,并取得了良好的增产效果。

Development and application of CT38 coiled tubing unit
Abstract:Under the background of increasingly heavy oil and gas exploration and development task and growing horizontal well application and subsequent operation,the unique advantage and role of coiled tubing technology and equipment have been further understood,and the demand of coiled tubing technology is expanding rapidly. Relying on the key subject of State Plan 863,such key problems have been solved as the design and optimization of power system,the centralized control of electricity-liquid system,the coordinate action of injection head and roller,the special surface treatment technique of injection head holding mechanism and holding block as well as the self-adaptable control of load when pulling and running the injection head.The first domestic coiled tubing unit which owns the intellectual property rights has been developed successfully.The field test indicates that all the items of the unit reach the design demand with safe and smooth operation.The dynamic sealing performance of the blowout prevention system under the high casing pressure conforms to the field demand and the operation under pressure can be carried out.The cross-country feature and mobility has endured severe test on the muddy roads and bad wellsite condition and good incremental effect has been achieved.
