| 摘 要： | 乌努格吐山铜钼矿是国内首家采用特大型浮选机的矿山之一,该矿山一期工程选别铜钼矿石3.6万t/d,采用32台当时国内最大的KYF-160特大型浮选机。文中介绍该矿的工艺配置情况、特大型浮选机结构性能特点和浮选机的使用情况。一年多的应用实践表明,采用特大型浮选机降低了备件消耗和能源消耗,提高了设备运转率,选矿厂铜回收率高达89.13%。
