三水铝石型铝土矿脱硅试验研究

摘    要:采用不同的选矿方法对三水铝石型铝土矿进行试验研究,结果表明,采用选择性磨矿,分级浮选流程,获得的精矿中高岭石含量降至9.62%,高岭石脱除率达到61.64%,三水铝石品位67.73%,回收率为92.57%。

Abstract:In this paper,different mineral processing methods are adopted to recover gibbsite deposits.The results show that good beneficiation indexes can be obtained by selective grinding and grading flotation flowsheet with the test indexes as follows:the kaolinite grade in concentrate is lowered to 9.62 %;the removal rate of kaolinite is 61.64 %;gibbsite grade is 67.73 % and the recovery of gibbsite is 92.57 %.
