中间相炭微球制备高密高强炭/石墨材料的研究现状

摘    要:为了对中间相炭微球制备高密高强炭/石墨材料的研究现状有所了解,并且对实验和实际生产起到指导作用,本文通过参阅大量中外文献,讨论了不同原料及制备方法制得的中间相炭微球、炭微球的球径、预氧化温度及时间、成型压力及时间、热处理温度及升温速率、保温时间对炭/石墨制品的力学性能及微观结构的影响。并对中间相炭微球制备高密高强炭/石墨材料中存在的问题和研究方向提出了自己的见解。

Abstract:In order to make investigators know about the current research state of preparation of the carbon/graphite materials with high density and strength from mesocarbon mierobeads, and direct the research, development and production, in this review, the influence of preparaed mesocarbon mierobeads from various raw materials and methods of preparation, ball diameter of carbosphere, preoxidation temperature and time, moulding pressure and time, heat treatment temperature and heating rate, holding time on the mechanical properties and microscopic structure of carbon/graphite product were discussed by us. The present problems and further research directions in the preparation high density and strength carbon/graphite materials from mesocarbon microbe.ads were put forth.
