| 摘 要： | 介绍了长江重要堤防隐蔽工程的建设管理实践。根据堤防工程的特点 ,建立了项目法人在各堤段的代表机构、监理、设计、承包商各自完整的质量保证体系。在工程实施过程中 ,质量保证体系的运行 ,对保证工程建设质量起到了重要的作用 ,确保了国家重点工程堤防建设项目的工程质量

| Abstract: | The practice of construction and management of hidden engineerings of key levee on Yangtze River is introduced.According to the features of levee engineering,a complete quality assurance system,including the deputy agency,supervision,design and contractors for the legal person of object at every levee section,is established.In the process of construction,the operation of the quality assurance system has played an important role in securing construction quality and has ensured the quality of important levee engineerings. |
