废PET化学解聚研究进展

摘    要:综述了废PET化学循环利用的研究现状,介绍了目前国内外开发的主要化学解聚工艺方法,即水解法、醇解法和热裂解法等。其中水解法包括酸性水解法,碱性水解法和中性水解法;醇解法包括甲醇常压、甲醇加压、超临界醇解法,乙醇醇解法和乙二醇醇解法等。结果表明,化学解聚是实现废PET循环利用的有效途径。

Abstract:The status of recycling of waste poly( ethylene terephthalate) (PET) was reviewed. Main methods for chemical recycling at home and abroad were introduced which included hydrolysis, methanolysis, and thermal cracking etc. Hydrolysis methods included acidic hydrolysis, alkaliline hydrolysis, and neutral hydrolysis. Alcoholysis methods included atmospheric methanolysis, pressure methanolysis, supercritical alcoholysis, ethanolysis, and glysis, etc. The result showed that chemical depolymerization was an effective means for recycling of waste PET.
