超声波辅助提取发菜藻蓝蛋白工艺的优化

摘    要:以发菜细胞干粉为原料,超声波辅助提取藻蓝蛋白。在单因素试验的基础上,选取液固比、超声功率和超声时间为影响因子,Box-Behnken中心组合设计3因素3水平试验,回归分析确定最优提取条件。结果表明,超声波辅助提取发菜藻蓝蛋白的最佳工艺条件为:液固比172:1(mL:g)、超声功率540W、超声时间11min,在此条件下藻蓝蛋白得率为4.49%。

Abstract:The phycocyanin was extracted by means of ultrasonic.Using Nostoc Flagelliforme cell powder as the material.On the basis of single-factor test,three independent variables,namely liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time were selected as casual factors.The experiment of three factors and three levels was arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite experiment design.The optimalizing condition for the extraction of phycocyanin was determined by regression analysis.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were ratio of liquid-solid 172:1(mL:g) ,ultrasonic power 540 W and ultrasonic time 11 min.The yield of phycocyanin under the optimum conditions was 4.49 %.
