天麻有效成分天麻素提取工艺的优化研究

摘    要:为了筛选提取天麻素的最优工艺参数和确定工艺条件,比较提取天麻中天麻素的提取方法和提取溶剂,选择超声法及乙醇对天麻素提取。对影响天麻素提取率的提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比进行单因素实验,并通过正交实验确定天麻素的提取工艺条件,用高效液相色谱定性定量检测天麻素。优化后提取工艺为:提取温度62℃、提取时间37min、乙醇浓度55%、固液比1:18,在最佳提取工艺条件下,天麻中天麻素提取量为6.0548mg/g。

Abstract:In order to screen the most superior craft parameter of extraction gastrodin,comparation different extraction methods and extraction solvent of extraction gastrodin.Ultrasound auxiliary method and EtOH was choosed to extract gastrodin.Influencing factors including temperature,time,EtOH concentration and solid-liquid ratio which affected the extraction yield was studied,and the extraction conditions of gastrodin were optimized by orthogonal experiments.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to detect gastrodin qualitatively and quantitatively.The extraction technology after optimized was as follows:the extraction temperature was 62 ℃,the extraction time was 37 min,the EtOH concentration was 55%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:18,and gastrodin yield was 6.0548 mg/g under the optimum conditions.
