摘    要:研制了一种用于快速测定Vc含量的检测卡,对检测卡加样量、反应时间等进行了实验。结果表明,Vc质量浓度在5~100μg/mL的范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.983,加样量80μL,检测时间90s。方法简单,结果可靠,可以用于Vc的现场测定。

Abstract:An optical strip card for rapid determination of vitamin C was developed in the laboratory.And the sample volume,reaction time experiments were carried out.The results showed that a good linearity was presented in the range of 5~100 μg/mL between vitamin C concentrations and a values of the Lab color system.The correlation coefficient(R) was 0.983.The sample volume was 80 μL and testing time was about 90 s.This method was simple,reliable,and could be used for field determination of vitamin C.
