蛤蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物药理活性研究

摘    要:目的:研究蛤蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物的抗疲劳、耐缺氧及降血脂作用。方法:测定小鼠体重、负重游泳时间、血乳酸含量(LAC)及常压耐缺氧时间;酶法检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量等指标。结果:蛤蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物能显著延长受试小鼠常压缺氧下存活时间及负重游泳时间,显著降低其血乳酸含量(P<0.05);能显著降低大鼠TC、TG含量(P<0.05)。结论:蛤蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧及降血脂的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of non-water-soluble hydrolysates of Oviduetus Ranae on anti-fatigue,hypoxia-tolerant and hypolipidemic.Methods:The investigate index of mice weight,time of swimming with heavy burden,hypoxia tolerance time under normal pressure,the content of blood lactate,and the content of serum total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) to validate such effect.Results:It appeared from the data that non-water-soluble hydrolysates of Oviduetus Ranae could significantly prolong not only the time span of swimming with heavy burden and reduce the content of blood lactate,but also the survival time against hypoxia under normal pressure(p<0.05).Simultaneously they could reduce the content of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride of rats.Conclusion:Non-water-soluble hydrolysates of Oviduetus Ranae possess anti-fatigue,hypoxia-tolerant and hypolipidemic effect.
