山药多糖提取优化及对家兔血小板数的影响

摘    要:对山药中多糖的提取工艺进行研究,通过单因素实验和L9(34)正交实验对山药多糖提取条件进行了优化,单因素考察了料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度等对山药多糖提取率的影响。试验研究山药多糖对家兔血小板数的影响,山药多糖给药量分大、中、小剂量组(100、75、50 mg/kg),正常对照组给等体积生理盐水,每天1次,连续给药1个月,每周对家兔抽血观察血小板数量的变化。结果表明,山药多糖的最佳提取条件为:温度80℃、提取时间2 h、料液比1:40、乙醇浓度90%,多糖提取率为2.12%;山药多糖能够增加家兔血小板数,而且多糖量越大家兔血小板数增加越多。

Abstract:Extraction of active components of yam conditions were optimized.Optimum extraction conditions through the single factor experiment and L9(34) the orthogonal experiment study materials to liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature,concentration of ethanol extract the influence of active polysaccharides content.Yam polysaccharide large,medium and small dose group were given every day rabbit 100,75,50 mg/kg.Polysaccharide high-quality goods each group to medicine for one month,during the weekly blood in a microscope platelet number of change.The final determination yam active polysaccharides extract for conditions: temperature 80 ℃,extraction time 2 h,than material liquid 1:40,ethanol concentration 90%,polysaccharide extraction rate is 2.12%.Yam polysaccharide can increase the platelet count.
