| 摘 要： | 以提取完色素的红心萝卜废渣为原料,采用不同的有机溶剂、料液比、温度、提取次数、提取时间等条件,提取其中的异硫氰酸酯,希望提高红心萝卜废渣的综合利用价值。

| Abstract: | Radish residue after manufacturing red radish pigment from Raphanus sativus L.was used as raw material for the extraction of isothiocyanates.Different organic solvents,solid-liquid ratio,temperature,extraction times,extraction time were investigated to optimize the extraction conditions in order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of radish residue. |
