摘    要:目的:研究并优化沙枣多糖的脱色材料与脱色条件。方法:以多糖保留率和脱色率为考察指标,比较颗粒活性炭、粉状活性炭、聚酰胺3种脱色剂的脱色效果,确定一种较好的沙枣多糖脱色剂,并通过单因素和正交实验,优化该脱色剂的脱色条件。结果:颗粒活性炭脱色效果优于其他2种脱色剂。结论:以颗粒活性炭为沙枣多糖的脱色材料,其最佳工艺条件为:脱色时间75min,脱色温度55℃,脱色次数3次。在最佳工艺条件下,沙枣多糖的脱色率为45.52%,多糖保留率达95.55%。

Abstract:Objective:To research and optimize the process conditions of decolorization to elaeagnus polysaccharide.Methods:By setting polysaccharide retention and decolorization rate as the observing indexes,comparing the granular activated carbon,powdered activated carbon and polyamide three different bleaching effect of depigmenting agents,choosing a single good factor and orthogonal tests.Results:Granular activated carbon is better than the other two bleaching agents.Conclusion:Granular activated carbon decolorization optimal parameters:the best technological conditions are decolorization time 75 min,bleaching temperature 55 ℃ and 3 times bleaching.Under these conditions,the decolorization rate of elaeagnus 45.52% polysaccharide,and polysaccharide retention rate of 95.55%.
