微波前处理-热水浸提美味牛肝菌胞内多糖工艺的研究

摘    要:采用微波前处理-热水浸提美味牛肝菌菌体胞内多糖,分别考查料液比、微波功率、微波预处理时间、水浴浸提时间对提取美味牛肝菌菌体多糖的影响,并与热水直接浸提法进行比较。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:20,微波功率60%、微波预处理30s、水浴浸提2h,提取率可达146.2mg/g,与热水直接浸提法相比,微波前处理-热水浸提能显著缩短提取时间,提高提取率。

Abstract:The microwave-assisted hot water extraction technology for Boletus edulis polysaccharide was studied.The effects of the ratio of dried mycelia to water,microwave power,microwave time and extraction time on the extraction yield of polysaccharides were examined.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ratio of dried mycelia to water l:20,microwave power 60%,microwave time 30 s,extraction time 2 h,and the extraction yield 146.2 mg/g.Compared with the traditional water extraction method,microwave-assisted hot water extraction had the advantage of higher extraction yield and less extraction time.
