蕨菜抑菌活性物质提取工艺优化

摘    要:用金黄色葡萄球菌做指示菌,以抑菌圈直径为活性追踪指标对蕨菜抑菌活性物质的提取工艺进行研究。结果表明:蕨菜的乙醇、丙酮、甲醇、二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯提取液具有抑菌活性,其中乙醇的抑菌效果最好;在乙醇浓度90%,提取温度70℃,提取时间5h,料液比1:8的条件下,蕨菜提取液的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径达到19.61mm。蕨菜提取液对枯草芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌也有抑菌活性,其抑菌效果接近,稍强于金黄色葡萄球菌。

Abstract:In order to investigate the technology for extracting antibacterial substances from Pteridium aquilinum,Staphylococcus aureus was used as indicator bacteria and diameter of inhibition zone was used as the activity monitoring parameter.The results showed that the ethanol-extracts,acetone-extracts,methanol-extracts,dichloromethane-extracts,and ethyl acetate-extracts had antimicrobial activity,among which the antimicrobial effect of ethanol-extracts was the best.The optimal combinations for the extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 90%,extracting temperature 70 ℃,extracting time 5 h,and ratio of solid to liquid 1:8,by which the diameter of inhibition zone was 19.61 mm.The antibacterial substance from Pteridium aquilinum had nearly antibacterial activity on Bacillus subtilis,Salmonella,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
