组培苗鲜罗汉果抗疲劳活性研究

摘    要:目的:研究组培苗鲜罗汉果的抗疲劳活性。方法:实验将小鼠随机分为组培苗鲜罗汉果提取物高、中、低剂量组(2.0、1.0、0.5g/kg)、组培苗鲜罗汉果皂苷组(0.15g/kg)、模型组和空白组,给小鼠灌胃21d,未次灌胃30min后测定其负重游泳时间,并测定其血乳酸(BLA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖原(LG)、肌糖原(MG)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活力。结果:组培苗鲜罗汉果提取物和组培苗鲜罗汉果皂苷均能显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,降低小鼠血乳酸和血尿素氮的含量,提高小鼠体内肝肌糖原的储备量及运动后乳酸脱氢酶活力。结论:组培苗鲜罗汉果具有明显的抗疲劳活性;组培苗鲜罗汉果皂苷的作用比鲜罗汉果提取物更显著,提示鲜罗汉果的抗疲劳活性与富含的罗汉果皂苷有直接关系。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the anti-fatigue activity of fresh tissue culture seedling Grosvenor Momordica fruit(FTL). Methods: Mice were randomLy divided into model group, control group, Grosvenor Momordica fruitsaponin group (0.15 g/kg), fresh high dosage of FTL group (2.0 g/kg), medium dosage of FTL group (1.0 g/kg) and low dosage of FTL group (0.5 g/kg), all mice were orally treated for 21 days. 30 minutes after the last administration the swimming time, blood lactate (BLA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), liver glycogen, muscle glycogen and activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were determined. Results: Both of FTL and Luohanguo saponin lengthened swimming time, decreased BLA and BUN concentration, increased liver glycogen, muscle glycogen and LDH activity of mice. Conclusion: FTL demonstrated potent anti-fatigue activity, moreover the anti-fatigue effect of Luohanguo saponin was stronger than FTL, which indicated that the anti-fatigue activity of FTL is directly related to its components.
